I have been making hedgehogs since I first started creating animals so many years ago.  They are in fact one of my favourite animals and I love to see them in the garden.  

The spikey mohair is just perfect for a hedgehog's prickles - it is dyed and then tipped with a natural bleach to give the spiky two toned look.  They are fully jointed and the larger ones have wired arms/hands so that they can hold items (or baby hedgehogs!)
